helping others

Service produces Health

Do to others as you would have them do to you. Luke 6:31
This picture is of Joe finding inmates online. After he collects 200 inmates I then send them our introductory issue. This method helps us to reach thousands of inmates a year. When Joe came to the ministry he was almost blind. Since working for Jesus in this ministry his eyesight is getting better. His mind is also improving. Instead of watching TV, playing video games, etc., do something to help others will improve the mind. When we serve others, it produces healing to the mind and the body. Thinking about others instead of ourselves will bring peace, joy, happiness and lift our depressions. The world is filled with "me" and "I". But those concepts will only destroy you. Getting the mind off ourselves and unto others will bring us the greatest and healthiest life one could ever live. "Let not the youth be ignored; let them share in the labor and responsibility. Let them feel that they have a part to act in helping and blessing others. Even the children should be taught to do little errands of love and mercy for those less fortunate than themselves. "Parents should teach their children the value and right use of time. Teach them that to do something which will honor God and bless humanity is worth striving for. Even in their early years they can be missionaries for God." ChS 31
