BOOK OF JOHN: THE TEACHING

The book of John is the heart of Christ weeping over His church.  Matthew, Mark, Luke and John are not about Jesus condemning the world or the pagans or the Romans.  Even though He came not to condemn the world, He came to bring His church back from paganism to the truth.  The church, those who claimed to be of God, those who claimed to be the “remnant”, those who went to church on the Sabbath, it was they Jesus came to “rebuke” and “exhort” and to warn of their impending destruction if they continued to make church their god.  The founder of their church, their God, was standing before them, and they hated Him.  They had taken possession of what rightfully belonged to Jesus and had made it their own.  They stole the “Vineyard” of God and were now in the process of scheming how to kill the Owner’s Son.

We are told, through the modern-day prophet, that the “remnant”, those who claim to be God’s special people for these end-times, are no different than the Jews of Christ’s day.  They have usurped the organization and have adulterated the message for these times.  They have hidden and diluted the truth in order not to “offend” their members and society.  Money has become their watchword.  Power, ego, pride and wealth are now their goals in life.  It is no longer to teach people the teachings of Jesus: stop sinning, be perfect and to keep the Ten Commandments to get your eternal life.  Their organizations no longer teach people how to prepare for Heaven.  No, the organization has been infiltrated by Jesuits, many who have been trained without even being aware of it, to bring the Sabbath keeping churches, along with all Protestant churches, back to the Mother Church: Catholicism.  It doesn’t matter what your church teaches anymore, because whatever it teaches, it is all about “church”.  Since the church system of today was developed by the Catholic Church from the pagan-Jewish systems, it is all “anti-Christ”.  The church system is now standing “in place of” Christ.  We no longer go to Christ.  No, we go to church.  We no longer talk about Jesus.  No, we talk about our church.  We no longer stand up to defend Jesus and His truth.  No, we stand up and fight, argue and kill over our churches, religions and denominations.  That is exactly what the Jews did in Christ’s day.  Their example was written down for our admonition and warning.  But who is listening?

Those today who are bringing God’s message back to the churches are being persecuted, hated, run out of the churches and killed.  Church has taken the place of Jesus.  If you do not get out you will be destroyed as the Jews, who stayed in their church, were destroyed.  Those who obeyed Jesus and separated themselves from their church, were saved.  Jesus had to do the same.  He had to separate Himself from the church in order not to be killed before His time.  When the time came, He would return and submit to be scourged, whipped, beaten and killed by His “loving”, “Sabbath-Keeping” church.

John 7:1 to John 8:59

After this, Jesus traveled about in Galilee, because he didn’t want to travel in Judea, since the Jews there were trying to kill him.

If you do as Jesus commands you and stand up in your church teaching the teachings of Jesus, your church will try to “kill” you also.  Thank God for the civil laws that protect those of us who have been called by God to stand up to the church.  But soon those laws will be abolished, and all the churches will unite to destroy those of us who teach and live the teachings of Jesus.  It starts with the “obvious” like hating gays and those who provide abortion services.  Under the “color of righteousness” church members hate and kill.  Soon it will be us they will target, those of us who teach the teachings of Jesus to stop sinning, be perfect and to keep the Ten Commandments to get our eternal life.

Now the Jewish Festival of Tents was approaching. So his brothers told him, “You should leave this place and go to Judea, so that your disciples can see the actions that you’re doing, since no one acts in secret if he wants to be known publicly. If you’re going to do these things, you should reveal yourself to the world!”

At the beginning of the mission of Jesus, not even His brothers understood His work.  They had been raised in church.  Church doctrine and church influences had so brainwashed them they could not comprehend the life and mission of Jesus.  To the church, everything had to be done for show and through the church.  After all, the church had to make money to support its ego, pride and wealth.  The only way to do that is to put on entertainment and beguile the people into believing it was all of God.  Keep in mind, the “entertainment” didn’t have to be “worldly”.  It could look very “religious” and “pious”, with “God” thrown in for good measure.  Therefore, the brothers of Jesus were simply stating what they understood, Jesus needed to go up to the center of their church and announce His cause; making it “public” and start a “sect” that would attract money, wealth and fame.

Not even his brothers believed in him.

Most church people who have come in contact with this little ministry have completely missed the point.  Many accuse me of trying to start a “church” or an “offshoot” of their church.  Some think I am “fighting” their church or demonizing it.  None of that is true.  This is God’s ministry.  He raised it up.  He called me as He called Abraham and Moses, Elijah and Isaiah.  He dictated and directed the book, “Change Your Life Biblically” as He dictated and directed the Pentateuch to Moses, and continues to dictate and direct the material that comes out of this ministry.  But it has nothing to do with me, or being a church, or an “offshoot” or “fighting” their church.  Like Jesus, all I am doing is attempting to wake up the people who claim to be “God’s people” to the fact that they have fallen.  Going to church will not get you into Heaven.  That is all Jesus was attempting to communicate to the church of His day.  The only “fighting” that occurs is when church people fight against the teachings of Jesus that this ministry teaches.  I do not fight.  Like Jesus, I simply teach, and the rest is up to you.  They are in a one-sided fight.  I turn the other cheek.

Jesus told them, “My time has not yet come, but your time is always here. The world cannot hate you, but it hates me because I testify against it that its actions are evil.

How true that is.  The church hated Jesus because He testified against the church that its actions were evil.  Same today.  Those going to church on the Sabbath, along with the Sunday keeping church members, are all doing it their own way.  Going to church produces evil.  It is Catholic.  The concept is simple: I belong to “The” church and therefore, I am “saved” by belonging.  All I have to do is go to church once a week, pay my money, believe certain beliefs and then I am “clean” to continue in my sins.  There is nothing holy about going to church.  Not even on Saturday.  Church-going does not make one Holy.  To keep the Sabbath day Holy, you must be holy.  You are to live the perfect, sinless and commandment keeping life – 24/7.

Go up to the festival yourselves. I am not yet going to this festival, because my time has not yet fully come.” After saying this, he remained in Galilee.

The churches of today, along with their leaders and pastors, are all out for the showmanship, the pride, ego and wealth.  Power is very addicting.  Standing up in front of people and having them look at you as a “representative of God”, is very addicting.  Thinking of yourself as “ordained” by God fills the ego.  It wouldn’t be so if the leaders and pastors taught what Jesus taught.  There would be no one to stand up in front of.  The churches do not want to hear the truth.  The churches want to hear that which makes them “happy”.  The ministers are only ordained by men and not by God. They want the praise of men, not of God.  It is all Catholic.

“What a lesson is this to men holding positions of responsibility today in the church of God! What a solemn warning to deal faithfully with wrongs that bring dishonor to the cause of truth! Let none who claim to be the depositaries of God’s law flatter themselves that the regard they may outwardly show toward the commandments will preserve them from the exercise of divine justice. Let none refuse to be reproved for evil, nor charge the servants of God with being too zealous in endeavoring to cleanse the camp from evil-doing. A sin-hating God calls upon those who claim to keep His law to depart from all iniquity. A neglect to repent and to render willing obedience will bring upon men and women today as serious consequences as came upon ancient Israel. There is a limit beyond which the judgments of Jehovah can no longer be delayed. The desolation of Jerusalem in the days of Jeremiah is a solemn warning to modern Israel (those who go to church on Saturday), that the counsels and admonitions given them through chosen instrumentalities cannot be disregarded with impunity.

“Jeremiah’s message to priests and people aroused the antagonism of many. With boisterous denunciation they cried out, ‘Why hast thou prophesied in the name of the Lord, saying, This house (church) shall be like Shiloh, and this city shall be desolate without an inhabitant? And all the people were gathered against Jeremiah in the house (church) of the Lord.’” Jeremiah 26:9.

“Priests, false prophets, and people turned in wrath upon him who would not speak to them smooth things or prophesy deceit. Thus was the message of God despised, and His servant threatened with death.”  PK 416-417.

The same is happening today.  I am being despised, hated and “corrected” by church people who love their church but hate the truth.  However, God is watching.  Get out or you will be destroyed as Shiloh and Jerusalem were.

“But after his brothers had gone up to the festival, he went up himself, not openly but, as it were, in secret. The Jews kept looking for him at the festival, asking, “Where is that man?” And there was a great deal of discussion about him among the crowds. Some were saying, “He is a good man,” while others were saying, “No, he is deceiving the crowds!” Nevertheless, no one would speak openly about him because they were afraid of the Jewish leaders.

That is the problem with “church”.  It is all about “group-think”.  You no longer have the right to think for yourself.  You are brainwashed into thinking you must think as your church, your pastor or your denomination.  Even if you disagree with some of them, you pat yourself on your back thinking that since you “belong” to the church you are saved.  You people do not realize how far you have fallen.  How few will take the material that God is revealing through this ministry and study it in light of God’s truth.  No, they only ask, “does my church believe it?”  “Does my church accept this ministry?”  “Is this ministry supporting ‘my’ church?”  But to sit down, read it and ask a very simple question: “Is this what Jesus teaches?” is not even considered.  That is why “church” has become “anti-Christ”.  Instead of going to Jesus personally, you go to church and accept what the church says.  Just as the Jews were “afraid of the Jewish leaders”, so church members are afraid to stand up against their leaders and follow Jesus.  There are no “backbones” in church members today.  They are reeds blowing in the wind, waiting for the fire.

Halfway through the festival, Jesus went up to the Temple and began teaching. The Jewish leaders were astonished and remarked, “How can this man be so educated when he has never gone to school?”

Many people say the same about this ministry.  “How can he say what he does when he is not ordained?”  “How can he do what he is doing without church approval?”  “We can’t support that ministry, he is not ‘educated’ by our church standards.”  And so it goes, church has become all powerful, while the teachings of Jesus are ignored and set aside for church, man-made teachings.  I don’t need any human approval to teach what God has commanded, ordained and sent me to teach.  God called me to teach His teachings for this time of earth’s history.  Those who accept them will have eternal life.  Those who reject them will, along with their churches, be destroyed.

Jesus replied to them, “My teaching is not mine but comes from the one who sent me.  If anyone wants to do his will, he will know whether this teaching is from God or whether I am speaking on my own.

Since I am not speaking on my own, it is easy to discover if “this teaching is from God”.  But since people only judge by their church, they are not able to discover the truth.  But if they would go to Jesus and listen to Him, they would know truth and the truth would set them free from the yoke of church.  They could serve God instead of a man-made institution.  That institution does nothing but seek its own praise and glory.

The one who speaks on his own seeks his own praise. But the one who seeks the praise of him who sent him is genuine, and there is nothing false in him. Moses gave you the Law, didn’t he? Yet none of you is keeping the Law. Why are you trying to kill me?”

And so it is today.  Those who claim to be obeying Jesus by belonging to their church are not “keeping the Law”.  Their worship is in vain, says God.  They are worshiping the devil because God never commanded you to go to church.  He commands you to live in perfect obedience to the Law, the Ten Commandments.  He commanded you to live perfect and sinless.  However, going to church is so much easier than being obedient to God.

The crowd answered, “You have a demon! Who is trying to kill you?”

And that is what the church people think of this ministry.  Those who fight against this ministry have the same spirit to “kill” within them.  As they fight against this ministry, they fight against God.  But they would rather call God’s truth a “demon” than to accept the truth that they have made their church their god and are lost.  Yet they go to church and continue sinning, hating those who reprove them for their sins.

Jesus answered them, “I performed one action, and all of you are astonished.  Moses gave you circumcision—not that it is from Moses, but from the Patriarchs—and so you circumcise a man on the Sabbath.  If a man receives circumcision on the Sabbath so that the Law of Moses may not be broken, are you angry with me because I made a man perfectly well on the Sabbath?  Stop judging by appearances, but judge with righteous judgment!”

Like the modern-day “Israel”, those who go to church on the Sabbath, make a big show of going to church on the Sabbath and claim to be keeping God’s commandments.  But in reality, when I come and show them that they must keep all the Ten Commandments perfectly, sinlessly 24/7, how they hate the truth.  Going to church is much easier to do.  No, they want to “judge” by appearances, but not with “righteous judgement”.

Keep in mind, Jesus was not talking to the Romans or the pagans.  He was not talking to the “sinners” of His day.  He was talking to church people.  People who were tithe-paying, church-going, Sabbath keepers, attending the feasts.  They were the ones who needed to be brought back to the truth.  They were the ones who needed to come to Jesus.  They were the ones trying to kill Jesus.  Please folks, listen and get out of your church before it is too late.  Go to Jesus, kneel at His feet and learn how to be obedient to His every command.

Then some of the people of Jerusalem began saying, “This is the man they are trying to kill, isn’t it? And look, he is speaking in public, and they are not saying anything to him! Can it be that the authorities really know that this is the Messiah?  We know where this man comes from. But when the Messiah comes, no one will know where he comes from.”

I have found that church members make every excuse possible not to believe the truth.  They strain at gnats while they swallow whole churches.  They pick at straws trying to prove that their church is of God.  They are all trying to prove why they should go to church, like a good Catholic.  But no church member is trying to obey Jesus.  Jesus never said, “go to church”.  He said to stop sinning, be perfect and to keep the Ten Commandments to get your eternal life.  But we prefer going our own way.  That is why we build churches and pay our pastors well in order to believe what we want and live as we want to live.  We love following the Catholic model.  But to follow Jesus?  Not on your life!

At this point Jesus, still teaching in the Temple, shouted, “So you know me and know where I have come from? I have not come on my own accord. But the one who sent me is true, and he is the one you do not know.  I know him because I have come from him and he sent me.”

I know Him.  He dictates and directs to me.  Angels have been sent to me.  He has given me vision that have come true.  But so what?  None of that will save you.  Your church can’t save you.  You can “know” all about Jesus and still be lost.  You need to know the “Truth”, not just Bible facts.  Knowing Jesus will change your life.  But to “know” Jesus is to know what He taught and live in obedience to His teachings.

Then they tried to seize him, but no one laid a hand on him because his hour had not yet come.  However, many in the crowd believed in him, saying, “When the Messiah comes, he won’t do more signs than this man has done, will he?”  The Pharisees heard the crowd debating these things about him, so the high priests and the Pharisees sent officers to arrest Jesus.

Let us not listen to Jesus, no, let us listen to the church mob.  We need to be voted into our church offices, therefore, we do what pleases the people.  How sad.  We need to find out what pleases God and live in obedience to Him.  The expectations of the church for their Messiah was not met in Jesus.  They were looking for a flashier, more commanding and worldly, powerful Messiah.  Who was this independent, homeless, street-preacher anyway?  There was no way He could be sent by “their God”.

Then Jesus said, “I will be with you only a little while longer, and then I am going back to the one who sent me.  You will look for me but will not find me. And where I am, you cannot come.”

I can just hear the church leaders thinking, “Good!  The sooner the better.  Get lost and don’t come back.”

Then the Jewish leaders asked one another, “Where does this man intend to go that we won’t be able to find him? Surely he’s not going to the Dispersion among the Greeks and teach the Greeks, is he?  What does this statement mean that he said, ‘You will look for me but will not find me,’ and ‘Where I will be, you cannot come’ ?”

Since the church had fallen and was no longer under the direction of the Spirit of God, it was not capable of understanding spiritual truth.  Spiritual truth can only be understood by those who have the Spirit of God.  To have the Spirit of God you must be living in obedience to the Spirit of God.  The same today.  The churches are not able to understand the truth Jesus is teaching through this ministry because they no longer have the Spirit of God guiding them.  They have rejected the Spirit of God for man-made wisdom, board votes and policy memos.  But none of it is from God.  Therefore, church members will be looking for Jesus, but will not be able to find Him.  Where He is, they will not be able to “come”.

On the last and most important day of the festival, Jesus stood up and shouted, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink!

If you find yourself thirsting for Jesus and eternal life, please, get out of your church and “come to Me and drink”.  Jesus is the only One who can fill you with water that will satisfy your thirst.  Your church cannot.

The one who believes in me, as the Scripture has said, will have rivers of living water flowing from his heart.”

“As the Scripture has said.”  That is the only way we can “believe” in Jesus.  If you are believing in Jesus the way your church teaches or the way you want to believe, you will never find the “living water”.  You must believe in Jesus as the Bible tells you to believe in Him, in obedience to His words.  Your belief must be a belief of action, trust, faith and surrender to His commands.  If you put your trust, faith and obedience in anything else, including church, you are lost.  Nothing is to share the place of Jesus in your heart.  Total commitment to Jesus and Jesus only is all God will accept.  To be almost saved in your church is to be totally lost from Jesus.

Now he said this about the Spirit, whom those who were believing in him were to receive, because the Spirit was not yet present and Jesus had not yet been glorified.

This text has caused people a lot of trouble.  Some believe the “Spirit” had never before been present in the world until Jesus rose from the tomb.  But the Bible plainly teaches that the Spirit of God has been in the world since the creation of the world.  Right in the beginning the Spirit of God moved upon the world.  He has been moving upon the hearts of men ever since.  David wrote the Psalms while under the influence of the Spirit of God.  The prophets of the Old Testament were moved by the Spirit of God to write what they did.  This is not talking about the Spirit in general, but about a specific manifestation the Spirit of God was to give forty days after the resurrection.  Do not confuse “specific manifestations” of the Spirit with the everyday work of the Spirit of God upon the hearts of men to convict them of sin and turn them to God.

However, in another sense, it was true.  “The Spirit was not yet present” because the church at that time had rejected the convicting Spirit of God and therefore it could not understand the words of Christ.  The disciples, and church members, were not acquainted with the working of the Spirit of God since the church had driven it out.  The disciples did not feel their need of the Spirit of God since Jesus was with them.  After He left them, they would feel their need and the Spirit of God would then manifest Himself in a very spectacular way to them.  He did not want them confusing the true Spirit of God with the spirits of demons who were in the church.

When they heard these words, some in the crowd were saying, “This really is the Prophet,” while others were saying, “This is the Messiah!” But some were saying, “The Messiah doesn’t come from Galilee, does he?  Doesn’t the Scripture say that the Messiah is from David’s family and from Bethlehem, the village where David lived?”  So there was a division in the crowd because of him.

As back then, so today, people will not believe the truth since it is not coming from the source they think it should come from.  Truth always causes division.  Among the children of God, truth binds and brings together.  But it divides the children of God from the children of men.  Those who are the children of God bind themselves to this ministry and are brought into oneness with Jesus by obedience to His truth.  Those who are the children of men fight against the teachings of Jesus, and this ministry, clinging to their churches.  There can be no union between the truth of God and the demons of the churches.  Those going to church are not even in union with each other.  There is more fighting in church than on worldly battlefields.

Some of them were wanting to seize him, but no one laid hands on him.  Then the officers returned to the high priests and Pharisees, who asked them, “Why didn’t you bring him?”  The officers answered, “No man ever spoke like that!”  Then the Pharisees replied to them, “You haven’t been deceived, too, have you?  None of the authorities or Pharisees has believed in him, have they?  But this mob that does not know the Law—they’re under a curse!”

Why did they not “know the Law”?  Because the church had stopped teaching the Law of God and were teaching man-made rules and traditions.  It is all about power and authority.  If the church leaders don’t believe, why should the people?  We never ask, “Does Jesus teach this?”  No, we ask, “Who of the church is believing this?” “How many believe this?”  “Does church ‘law’ agree with this teaching?”  How fallen we have become.  How Catholic in all that the churches do.

One of their own, Nicodemus (the man who had previously met with Jesus), asked them, “Surely our Law does not condemn a person without first hearing from him and finding out what he is doing, does it?”

Nicodemus could understand and see the errors of his church.  Why?  Because he had gone to Jesus and had listened to Him.  Therefore, the Spirit of God was able to work on his heart.  But the other 69 members of the Sanhedrin, who had refused to go and learn from Jesus, were not able to see truth or even ask if it was truth.

They answered him, “You aren’t from Galilee, too, are you? Search and see that no prophet comes from Galilee.”

Again, it is all about power, who is doing the believing and where the message comes from.  But not one church or church member is asking, “Is it truth”?  “Is this what God says to do”?  No, it is all about “what does my church say?

Then each of them went to their own home.

And so it is in our churches.  We listen to our church leaders, read the church papers and then we go home smugly happy that we have done our “investigation”.  We have accepted our church leader’s opinions and that is good enough for us.  The Bible says that God’s people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.  How true.  They rely on their church knowledge instead of going to Jesus to find out what is truth and what isn’t.  All churches have become “whores”.  They have rebelled against Jesus and His truth for man-made wisdom, opinions and philosophy.  How “self-righteous” churches have become.  Jesus didn’t go to church, he went to speak to His Father.  We should follow His example and stay away from the churches.

Jesus, however, went to the Mount of Olives.  At daybreak he appeared again in the Temple, and all the people came to him. So he sat down and began to teach them.

That is the true example.  He didn’t go to “church” to sit and listen to the pastor or church leaders.  He didn’t go to “church” to be taught what He already knew.  He went to “church” to teach the people how to come back to God.  He went to teach them how to live the perfect, sinless and commandment keeping life.  If you are not following the example of Jesus, you are following the Catholic example and will be destroyed.  When will you stand up and follow Jesus?

But the scribes and the Pharisees brought a woman who had been caught in adultery. After setting her before them, they told him, “Teacher, this woman has been caught in the very act of adultery.  Now in the Law, Moses commanded us to stone such women to death. What do you say?”  They said this to test him, so that they might have a charge against him.

Why do our churches think they are serving God by destroying people?  That is all our churches do.  They put guards (elders) at the doors to make sure no unwanted individuals come in.  They have “guards” roaming the aisles to make sure no one is sharing the truth with anyone else.  They have “guards” keeping watch to see who they can condemn, criticize and find fault with.  It is all “country-club” Catholic behavior.  They love to show how superior they are by straining out God’s truth while swallowing and accepting whole sinners and their sins.

We are to test truth.  We are to bring, not the lives of others to the church board for humiliation, griping and complaining, but our own lives to the test of the Bible to see if we are living as Jesus commands: perfect, sinless and commandment keeping.

I work hard every day to test myself and my actions to see if they are living up to God’s ideal for me.  This is called “experimental religion”.  Paul tells us to “test yourselves” to see if you are in the truth.  God works with us, showing us, directing us and developing within us the desire to find what pleases Him and then do it.  Going to church does not please God.  It makes Him very sad since you could be going to Him and learning how to live to please Him.

But Jesus bent down and began to write on the ground with his finger.  When they persisted in questioning him, he straightened up and told them, “Let the person among you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.”  Then he bent down again and continued writing on the ground.

Our churches are to point out sin; first in our own lives, then personally to others with a heart of love.  Never to prove ourselves superior or self-righteous, but for the salvation of both.  We are never to drag sinners and throw them before the church to humiliate or condemn them.  We are to condemn sin and love the sinner.  Church is to be a place where we meet to reprove, rebuke and to chastise each other in love.  We are to call out sin in a loving way so the reprover and the reproved may overcome sin in their lives.  We are never to humiliate or destroy.

So Jesus did what He commands, he pointed out their sins.  He wrote on the ground their sins for them to see.  But it was done in a way that did not humiliate them, as they did Mary.  He let them know he was not there to condemn, but to help them change their lives.  They were not interested in changing their lives, they had church, so they left.

How many are leaving this ministry because they do not want to change their lives.  How many go to church because they do not want to change their lives.  It is all a show.  Only a very few will be going to heaven, and it won’t be those going to church.  Only those going to Jesus, falling at His feet, recognizing their sins, confessing each sin and repenting and turning away from them will be going to heaven.  Sitting in church does nothing to change your life or get you into heaven.

When they heard this, they went away one by one, beginning with the oldest, and he was left alone with the woman standing there. Then Jesus stood up and asked her, “Dear lady, where are your accusers? Hasn’t anyone condemned you?”  “No one, sir,” she replied. Then Jesus said, “I don’t condemn you, either. Go home, and from now on do not sin any more.”

That brief encounter represents our churches perfectly.  While the churches bring people to condemn, point fingers, gripe and complain, Jesus simply showed them their own sins and asks that before they pointed out others’ sins, they needed to make sure they were living the perfect, sinless and commandment keeping life.  Jesus did not tell Mary to go to church.  When all was said and done, Jesus told Mary, “Go home and sin no more.”

In order to get to heaven, it is not going to church God wants, He just wants us to “go and sin no more”.  Sin destroys.  Sin hurts.  Sin kills.  Sin will keep you out of heaven.  Go home and develop the perfect, sinless and commandment keeping life so you can go to heaven.

Later on Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. The one who follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

It isn’t church that is the light of the world.  We are not to follow our churches for they will lead us strait to the darkness of hell.  If you want to walk in the Light of Life, go to Jesus and Jesus only.  Sit with Him for hours, soaking up His love, His perfect character and His gentle rebukes.  He loves you and wants you saved.  He will not hurt you.  He will destroy sin!  But if you are removing sin from your life and living as He commands, you have nothing to worry about.  But if you love your sins, your church and this world more than what Jesus offers, you need to be very afraid.  If you are following Jesus, you will walk as He walked: perfect, sinless and commandment keeping.

The Pharisees told him, “You are testifying about yourself. Your testimony is not valid.”

All churches want to do is argue, fight, point fingers and try to prove themselves of God.  Churches are always lifting up themselves, never Jesus.  Material coming out of churches do nothing but uplift the churches, the leaders, the pastors, etc., but not once will you find them lifting up Jesus through His teachings.  I challenge anyone to show me a printed statement from their church, within the last couple of years, in which the leaders of the church lifted up the teachings of Jesus to be perfect, stop sinning and to keep the Ten Commandments to get your eternal life.  If your church isn’t teaching you how to live those teachings of Jesus, get out.

Jesus answered them, “Even though I am testifying about myself, my testimony is valid because I know where I have come from and where I am going. But you do not know where I come from or where I am going. You are judging by human standards, but I am not judging anyone.  Yet even if I should judge, my judgment would be valid, because it is not I alone who judges, but I and the one who sent me.  In your own Law it is written that the testimony of two people is valid.  I am testifying about myself, and the Father who sent me is testifying about me.”

Even today, our churches refuse to listen to the testimony of Jesus.  He is testifying to what His Father has taught Him.  But the churches are not listening.  The churches are so involved in their own egos, pride and what they have to say, they are not listening to Jesus and His testimony.

In the Old Testament, the Ten Commandments were housed in the “Ark of the Testimony”.  Why was it called that?  Because the Ten Commandments testify to the character of Jesus.  They testify to the conditions that we must accept in order to go to heaven.  Anything less will not be accepted in heaven.  In Revelation we are told that those who are going to Heaven are “those who keep the commandments of God and hold to the testimony of Jesus”.  Revelation 12:17.   Only those who live by the testimony of the Ten Commandments will be in heaven.  Jesus came to testify to the testimony of the Ten Commandments.  He lived them perfectly as our example.  He taught them as our example.  We are to live them and teach them. But to put on a show by going to church, on Sunday or Saturday, is not going to get you into heaven.  To be raised to eternal life, you must die to this world and your church and live the Testimony as Jesus lived it: perfect, sinless and commandment keeping.

Then they asked him, “Where is this Father of yours?” Jesus replied, “You do not know me or my Father. If you had known me, you would have known my Father also.”

When I bring the truth of Jesus to churches and their members, they hate it.  Like the church of Christ’s day, they badger, point fingers, condemn, criticize and hate me and this ministry for teaching truth.  But if they had known Jesus, they would have known the message this ministry brings.  They would have embraced it, loved it and put it into their lives.  But churches stand as “anti-Christ”, “in place of Christ”, and do not want to share their glory, their pride and their ego with Jesus.  They want it all.  So sad.  They will lose it all.

He spoke these words in the treasury, while he was teaching in the Temple. Yet no one arrested him, because his hour had not yet come.  Later on he told them again, “I am going away, and you will look for me, but you will die in your sin. You cannot come where I am going.”

If you continue going to church, you “will die in your sin”.  It is a sinful thing to go to church today.  Don’t worry about the past and what your forefathers did.  That was then and under those circumstances.  Jesus did a lot of “winking” in the past.  But today, it is a whole different ballgame.  We have far greater light then our forefathers did.  We have far greater access to truth.  Revelation warns us to get out of Babylon.  Revelation warns us that all the churches have fallen and are now Laodicea.  All the churches today are the “whores” of Babylon and refuse to return to their true Husband.  They refuse to return to His teachings and to surrender their lives to Him.  They cannot go where He is going.  Only those who listen to Jesus and Jesus only can follow Jesus where He is going.

So the Jews were asking, “He isn’t going to kill himself, is he? Is that why he said, ‘You cannot come where I am going’?”

In one sense they were correct.  Jesus did “kill himself”.  He voluntarily gave His life into their hands and through them He killed himself.  You might say, it was “suicide” by church.  We must voluntarily give our lives into the hands of Jesus and kill the old life in order to have the new life.  Jesus offers us the life He gave up for us.  We go to church three hours on one day a week claiming we are not of this world, while the other 165 hours we strive very hard to get all we can of this world.  What hypocrisy.  It makes Jesus sick to the stomach to hear it.

He told them, “You are from below, I am from above. You are of this world, but I am not of this world.  That is why I told you that you will die in your sins, for unless you believe that I AM, you will die in your sins.”

The churches are “from below”.  They have become infiltrated with demons.  Like the church of Christ’s day, the churches today refuse to listen to Jesus and believe His words to stop sinning, be perfect and to keep the Ten Commandments to get eternal life.  No, we listen to Lucifer, who is in our churches, tell us we are saved by grace, that God’s love is unconditional and that all are saved by just “believing”.  The churches have left Jesus and have turned to Paul.  They love Paul because they have no idea what Paul is talking about.  As Peter said, Paul writes some things “which ignorant and unstable people distort, leading to their own destruction, as they do the rest of the Scriptures.”  2 Peter 3:16.

That is why the churches have become “whores”.  They have married themselves to Paul instead of to Jesus.  Paul said he wanted to know nothing but Jesus and Jesus only.  The churches want to know nothing but Paul and Paul and Paul, as long as they can twist, turn and distort Paul to their own “destruction”.  Since they have stepped off the Rock of Christ, there is no anchor to hold them firmly in the truth.  Now they are being blown about by their misinterpretations of Paul by their churches.  The devil is so happy.

Then they asked him, “Who are you?” Jesus told them, “What have I been telling you all along?  I have much to say about you and to condemn you for. But the one who sent me is truthful, and what I have heard from him I declare to the world.”

The church of God hated God.  The church did not want God coming back to take back His vineyard.  They wanted it all to themselves.  They didn’t want to share it.  Jesus came to receive fruit from His vineyard and to bring the truth to those who claimed to be His special people.  But the church did not want to change.  The people loved their church.  They did not love God.  Jesus talked about His Father and they didn’t want to hear it.  They wanted Him to talk about their wonderful, wealthy and prestigious world-wide church and its institutions.

They didn’t realize that he was talking to them about the Father.  So Jesus told them, “When you have lifted up the Son of Man, then you will know that I AM, and that I do nothing on my own authority. Instead, I speak only what the Father has taught me.  Moreover, the one who sent me is with me. He has never left me alone because I always do what pleases him.”

Then you will know that I AM”.  That was a mistake.  Jesus should not have said that.  To a church member of Christ’s day, the “I AM” was the one who commanded Moses to lead them out from Egypt.  The “I AM” parted the Red Sea.  The “I AM” split the rock and brought water out for them to drink.  They “knew” who the “I AM” was.  Hho did this nobody think He was?  This riled them up and brought about all the evil they could muster.  Yep, they were a great, loving, church people.

Then, on top of all that, He claimed to “do what pleases Him”.  Jesus did not please the church.  The church members were not pleased with what Jesus was teaching them.  How could He please God when He didn’t please their church?  What an insane person this was.  Didn’t He know God raised up their church?  How could He please God when He didn’t please their church?  And so it is today.  This ministry, raised up by God to testify to the testimony of Jesus to stop sinning, be perfect and to keep the Ten Commandments for your eternal life, is not pleasing to the church.  However, there are a few who are listening and are beginning to lift their eyes from the church to Jesus.  They are starting to believe.

While he was saying these things, many believed in him.

Will you believe in Jesus by obeying Him?  Your church is not obeying Jesus.  Your pastor is not obeying Jesus.  Your denomination is not obeying Jesus.  Going to church is not obeying Jesus.  Going to Jesus, laying your life, your plans, your desires at the feet of Jesus is obeying Jesus.

So Jesus told those Jews who had believed in him, “If you continue in my word, you are really my disciples.  And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

And there it is.  To be a disciple of Jesus you must continue in His Word, not the teachings and word of your church.  Put down your church “Review”, your Sabbath School Lessons, your church TV programs, your church DVD’s and other gossip materials that come from your church and its organizations and open your Bible.  Begin a systematic reading starting in Genesis and read through to Revelation.  As you read and pray, the Spirit of God will teach you from what you are reading.  I have been through the Bible over 125 times.  Each time I travel through it the Spirit of God opens up new understanding.  Because my life is not static but constantly meeting new challenges, the words I read will have a new understanding each time through.  The Spirit of God makes the Bible real, alive and active in my life as I lay my life at the feet of Jesus each day and listen to Him alone.  Then His truth sets me free.  It will do the same for you.

They replied to him, “We are Abraham’s descendants and have never been slaves to anybody. So how can you say, ‘You will be set free’?”

And so it is.  “We are Seventh-day Adventist”.  “We are Mormon’s”.  “We are Jehovah’s Witnesses”.  “We are Baptist”.  “We belong to the Anglican church”.  “We belong to the Catholic Church”.  “We are slaves to nobody.  We are children of God.  We can point to ‘men of God’ who raised up our church.  This is God’s organization.”  And all are bound in sin, slaves to their denominations and walking outside of God’s true church, His spiritual church, that resides in the heart.

Jesus answered them, “Truly, I tell all of you with certainty that everyone who commits sin is a slave of sin.

If you are going to church and still committing sin, you are a slave to sin and are lost.  No church will get you into heaven.  No church can save your soul.  Belonging to a church will only bind you deeper into sin.  Stop being a slave to sin and get out of your church.  Go to Jesus and learn how to live free from sin.

The slave does not remain in the household forever, but the son does remain forever.  So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed!”

Now you see why your church does not want you studying the Bible without their “help”.  They don’t want you learning that you are to go to Jesus and not to them for your eternal life.  They don’t want you to learn the truth.  They want you to go to them for your entertainment and learning.  They want you to put your money into their organizations.  The devil is doing all he can to take God’s money from His work and put it to use in the devil’s church-work.  Putting your money into your church, or its organizations, is giving it to demons.

Please keep in mind, “No servant can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money.”  Luke 16:13. You cannot serve God and church.  Your heart cannot be divided in its devotion.  If you go to church, you have made church your master since Jesus did not command you to go to church.  Jesus commands you to follow Him and Him alone.

“I know that you are Abraham’s descendants. Yet you are trying to kill me because you’ve not received what I’ve told you. I declare what I have seen in my Father’s presence, and you are doing what you have heard from your father.”

It doesn’t matter what church you belong to or your lineage to a certain denomination or religious organization, if you refuse to accept the teachings of Jesus to be perfect, stop sinning and to keep the Ten Commandments to get your eternal life, you are fighting against God.  That is the same as trying to “kill” Jesus.  As James said, hate is the same as killing.  Those who go to Jesus are doing what Jesus did.  Those who go to church are doing what their father the devil is doing.

They replied to him, “Our father is Abraham!” Jesus told them, “If you were Abraham’s children, you would be doing what Abraham did.  But now you are trying to kill me, a man who has told you the truth that I heard from God.  Abraham would not have done that.  You are doing your father’s actions.”

You can talk all you want about belonging to this organization or that organization, this church or that church, this denomination or that denomination and none of it will get you into heaven.  Unless you are “children of God” by living as Jesus lived, perfect, sinless and commandment keeping, you are not part of God’s church.  Abraham never went to church, but he was called a “friend of God”.  To be a “friend of God” you must live in obedience to the teachings of Jesus.

They told him, “We are not illegitimate children. We have one Father, God himself.”

Many of you who are reading this right now are saying the exact same things the Jews of Christ’s day were saying.  Are you listening to your thoughts as you read this?  Are you fighting these teachings of Jesus as the Pharisees, or accepting them?

Jesus told them, “If God were your Father, you would have loved me, because I came from God and am here. I have not come on my own accord, but he sent me. Why don’t you understand what I’ve said? It’s because you can’t listen to my words.

How true that is.  Church people are not able to “listen to My words”.  The words of God simply are not comprehensible by the church.  They don’t agree with church policy and church deception.  God’s spiritual church and man’s church are going in two very different directions.  One is for the glory of God, the other is for the glory and praise of man and his church.

“You belong to your father the devil, and you want to carry out the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning and has never stood for truth, since there is no truth in him. Whenever he tells a lie he speaks in character, because he is a liar and the father of lies.

Jesus is saying the same thing today to the churches.  They are of the devil.  Why?  Because they are not teaching the teachings of Jesus to be perfect, to stop sinning and to keep the Ten Commandments for their eternal life.  It doesn’t matter how they phrase it, anything that makes you feel “comfortable” in your sin, is of the devil.  If your church is not making you feel uncomfortable in your sin, it is not of God.  The churches, all churches, are following the devil in rebellion against God’s truth because they “want to carry out the desires of your father” the devil.  It doesn’t matter how many Bible “facts” they have or teach.  They can teach all about the “facts” of creation or vegetarianism, or healthy living or any of the hundreds of other Bible “facts”.  But unless they are teaching you to be perfect, stop sinning and to keep the Ten Commandments to get your eternal life, they are of the devil.

But it is because I speak the truth that you do not believe me. Can any of you prove me guilty of sin? If I am telling the truth, why don’t you believe me? The one who belongs to God listens to the words of God. The reason you do not listen is because you do not belong to God.”

And there it is again, “because I speak the truth that you do not believe me”.  This ministry teaches the truth of Jesus, yet, who is believing Jesus?  The Churches do not belong to God because they are not listening to God and what He teaches.  They are so busy listening to each other, to man, to their theology departments and their church media.  But not one church is listening to God.  We are told that the whole church system must be totally dismantled so we can return to the primitive, original assemblies of the apostles.  Those who get out and return to that original plan of God will be saved.

The Jews replied to him, “Surely we are right in saying that you are a Samaritan and have a demon, aren’t we?”

And that is exactly the attitude the churches and church members have towards this ministry.  Those who refuse to listen to Jesus think this ministry has a demon.

Jesus answered, “I don’t have a demon. On the contrary, I honor my Father, and you dishonor me.  I don’t seek my own glory. There is one who seeks it, and he is the Judge. Truly, I tell all of you with certainty, if anyone keeps my word, he will never see death.”

This ministry honors the Father and Jesus Christ.  This ministry teaches the teachings of Jesus, who was taught by His Father.  This ministry does not seek its own glory.  Only those who are obedient to the teachings of Jesus “will never see death”.  If you are seeking the honor, glory and praise of your church, you will “see death”.

Then the Jews told him, “Now we really know that you have a demon. Abraham died, and so did the prophets, but you say, ‘If anyone keeps my word, he will never taste death.’  You aren’t greater than our father Abraham, who died, are you? The prophets also died. Who are you making yourself out to be?”

Churches and church members are so full of hate for Jesus and His truth.  They refuse to humble themselves and pick up the cross and follow Him.  They want pride, show, entertainment, ego and self-righteousness.  They want to be honored by man, more than the honor that comes from God.  Going to church is so prideful.  How we love looking at each other.  Can “God” be “greater than our father Abraham?”  The churches are always comparing God to their church, instead of their church to God and His truth.  People want to lift up their forefathers as proof that they are of God.  But they refuse to lift up Jesus and bow before the teachings of Jesus in obedience.

Jesus answered, “If I were trying to glorify myself, my glory would mean nothing. It is my Father who glorifies me, of whom you say, ‘He is our God.’  You don’t know him, but I know him. If I were to say that I don’t know him, I would be a liar like you. But I do know him and keep his word.  Your father Abraham rejoiced that he would see my day, and he saw it and was glad.”

Abraham, Moses, Elijah, Isaiah, Jeremiah and John the Baptist would rejoice to see this ministry and the work it is doing.  I am simply following in their steps.  Jesus also followed in their steps.  But the churches do not want anything to do with the teachings of God in the Old Testament.  No, they want the “new” which they have twisted, turned and defiled with their own human interpretations and theories.

Then the Jews asked him, “You are not even 50 years old, yet you have seen Abraham?”  Jesus told them, “Truly, I tell all of you with certainty, before there was an Abraham, I AM!”

Jesus was their God of the Old Testament.  He was the One who talked with Abraham, gave the Ten Commandments to Moses and spoke to Elijah in the cave.  But the church did not want to hear it.  They were not going to bow to God because they were too busy bowing down to their church and denominational organization.

At this, they picked up stones to throw at him, but Jesus hid himself and went out of the Temple.

So many are picking up stones to throw at me and this ministry.  Yet few want to hear the truth.  How about you?  Are you ready to humble yourself and listen to Jesus and Jesus only?  Are you ready to turn your back on the devil’s organizations and lift your face to Jesus and Jesus only?
